How many heartbeats in a lifetime?

In about 70 years a human heart will beat about 2 billion times, almost twice as much as most of the animals int he world. Most animals get 1 billion heartbeats during their lifetime.

You can image a small bird with about 60 beats per second will spend those 1 billion heartbeats in about 190 days and another animal like a cat, which has about 3.5 beats per second, will live about 9 years.
