Build an $1000 gaming pc with help from Linus

Linus explains how you can build a $1000 gaming pc using only AMD parts. The gist? You can play video games on a 4K monitor with those specs. Pretty impressive, eh?

What did he choose? You can see the list in here and, because I’m lazy as always, I’ll just copy those specs and links in here too:
AMD FX6350
NCIX: http://bit.ly/13FT5lp
Amazon: http://geni.us/1kQ0

AMD R9 285
NCIX: http://bit.ly/1JRc11B
Amazon: http://geni.us/1RR9

MSI 970 Gaming
NCIX: http://bit.ly/1GZ8xrq
Amazon: http://geni.us/1Cnt

AMD RAM

While the specs are a bit off from my dream gaming pc, they are pretty solid and, as you might have imagined, most people won’t even use a 2K monitor, let alone a 4K one. So, you’re pretty much safe when you use the specs from above. Two years from now on you’ll be ble to play the newest games that are published.
