Beat jet lag with this app: up to 80% easier to overcome jetlag

Or so they say. When going from NY to Hong Kong, a 12 hour difference, you will feel jet lag and for about 12 days it will be hard to adjust to the new sleeping pattern. Gladly, there is an app that will mathematically help you reduce those 12 days to just 4. It will look at the times you need to stay awake and when you need to go to sleep and instruct you accordingly.

Olivia Walch, the mathematician from University of Michigan who developed the app, told Inside Science that the app, called Entrain, will put math to the test and prove itself worthy. The app takes into account the circadian rhythms and then will tell you when to stay in strong light and when to go into darker areas. Cool, huh?
