Food myths: supplemental vitamins are crap. Learn here why


I like debunking myths. I like to read a ton about a given subject and then be able to say: this is freaking crap, don’t believe it. The video from above talks about just that: that the supplements you take in a pill actually do something. They don’t.

What you need to know is this:
– the body needs about 40 different essential types of nutrients: from fatty acids, to carbohydrates, proteins, minerals and vitamins
– if you eat a diet with some variety then you’ll be fine. Here is a list of foods that will get you the nutrients you need.
