Don’t hold your farts

It doesn’t do any short term big damage if you keep those farts in you, but it is better to release them in the wild as often as you can as it can lead to some issues with your digestive system. In order to decrease the numbers of farts, try to eat less carbohydrates – bread, chips, these kind of things, and try to eat things that wo’t make your farts too smelly, like eggs.

Yes, women and men alike generate the same number of farts. Farty people 😀
