Insane workouts generate superhumans [video]


Meet Frank Medrano, a CALISTHENICS BODYWEIGHT expert who MOTIVATES and trains to build and gain muscle, who has also almost superhuman powers. The exercises he does are almost impossible for 99.99% of the population.

Doing pull-ups with only one hand, keeping the body parallel below a horizontal bar while hanging in there and doing vertical push-ups after this (where you keep your feet vertically and the push-ups are done solely relying on the nads) shows a lot of strength. Do you want more? Guess not 😀
