Take a breath with this time lapse movie – Grand Canyon : Blink of Time

Grand Canyon : Blink of Time is all you need after a week’s worth of work. This time lapse video literally stopped the time for me a few minutes. Great music, great footage and awesome kinematics.

Over 80,000 photos were taken over the course of 7 weeks in April, May, and June of 2012 to make this film.

It was made by GOT Films and the gear they used was composed of Dynamic Perception Stage Zero Dolly (dynamicperception.com), Kessler Crane Pocket Dolly (kesslercrane.com), Cameras (two Canon 7D), Lenses (Tokina 11-16mm f2.8, Contax Zeiss 28mm 2.8, Contax Zeiss 50mm f1.4, Contax Zeiss 135mm f2.8, Canon 70-200mm f2.8 and Canon 70-200mm from BorrowLenses.com ).

That gear is some serious stuff, but you can really make art with it. I am glad they published this video so that we all can enjoy it. Have a great week-end!
