Why do stars Twinkle? Coma Niddy explains

Coma Niddy explains why the stars twinkle. As you will find out the stars twinkle because of the refraction (bending of light). Because the atmosphere contains moving air you would normally see the stars wobble, however you see them flickering because our eyes do not see that wobbling.

Other stars twinkle or flicker because they are pulsars, spinning neutron stars, which radiate periodically radio waves, gamma rays and visible light. Coma Niddy calls them cosmic lighthouses. Next time we”ll travel around the galaxy we should keep an eye for these cosmic lighthouses. Have fun!
