32 metronomes in sync: how is this possible?

32 metronomes start to tick each one at different pace and at the end they will all be in sync. How can even be this possible? It seems that to achieve this you need to have a suspended table so that the vibrations form each metronome is sent to the other ones.

At the end all the metrononomes will be in sync and will sound like an army marching. Awesome physics experiments that reveals the influence of vibrations from around us. Via [Neatorama].
